| Buying
a new home always seems to be stressful, it has a lot to do with how
often you buy property. I do it all of the time and have the process
part of finding and then negotiating down to an fine art. Which leaves the
difficult part of picking a house you can make into a home unencumbered
by the logistics.
I usually preview all of the houses my clients see and I like to think that buying, like selling is not magic, luck or even chance. Like most other things its just hard work and diligence. My
