Foreclosures

[Home] [Feedback] [FAQ] [Glossary]

Welcome to the sad and usually tragic world of so called foreclosures. Foreclosure is the final step of a process that results in a mortgage lender(s), usually a bank, taking adverse procession of the mortgaged property.

Foreclosed properties can usually be bought "on the court house steps" for the amount of the outstanding mortgages. This is usually a bad deal because the outstanding debt is often more than the value of the property. If you want to buy a foreclosure then you usually have to wait until it is an REO sale.

No one needs to be the victim of a foreclosure. There are alternatives if you've not let the process go to far. I can do things that are seemingly impossible, but miracles are not in my domain.

Call me and I'll tell you how to avoid a foreclosure using my short sale process. I've helped lots of people and the truth is that if you can offer the bank an alternative to foreclosure it is likely they will take it because foreclosure is very expensive for the bank and results in huge loses for them. Call me I'm here to help.

The foreclosure process takes time and during the process the home being foreclosed usually gets neglected as the owner loses their stake in the property. Foreclosed property usually end up as REOs.

I have a team to help you avoid a foreclosure, call me and let me use my experience and knowledge to earn your business.
